Göran Sjögren charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göran Sjögren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 3 minutes into the game, one of Aro FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 7th minute, Robin Esbjörnsson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ralf Hjortberg, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klas Björk during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, Klas Björk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malte Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Vilgot Rolandsson came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Bele Bärs IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilgot Rolandsson couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute, Klas Björk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Bele Bärs IF's Ralf Hjortberg got control of the ball when Malte Olofsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Malte Olofssons short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Ralf Hjortberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 26 played minutes Bele Bärs IF got a freekick which was hit by Klas Björk. Hjalmar Lägdin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malte Olofsson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Ralf Hjortberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Aro FC booed when Bele Bärs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilgot Rolandsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aro FC's zone, Hjalmar Lägdin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Engström came out of the goal and Hjalmar Lägdin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Malte Olofsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Malte Olofsson hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 51st minute, David Berglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ralf Hjortberg came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Aro FC's Robin Esbjörnsson. But to his dismay, Robin Esbjörnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 57 minutes into the match, Robin Esbjörnsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ralf Hjortberg. Bele Bärs IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robin Esbjörnsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. After 61 played minutes Aro FC got a freekick which was hit by Robin Esbjörnsson. In the 62nd minute, David Berglund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Niklas Engström. The goal made the score 4-2. Robin Esbjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralf Hjortberg having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Robin Esbjörnsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ralf Hjortberg was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. When Malte Olofsson fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aro FC's protests and gave Malte Olofsson a yellow card for diving instead. Malte Olofsson kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Markus Hägglund hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Niklas Engström made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Hjalmar Lägdin sent off a good shot on target. Hjalmar Lägdin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Niklas Engström made a huge save. Markus Hägglund kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Vilgot Rolandsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niklas Engström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vilgot Rolandsson ran back to his position shaking his head. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bele Bärs IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aro FC.
