The crowd rose to their feet as Andreas Biörkquist kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonatan Wennerlund. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Sonny Hjeltman might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Lundin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sonny Hjeltman ran back to his position shaking his head. 11 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Ivarsson came free, but Stefan Lundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonatan Wennerlund made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Vilhelm Sellberg sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the game, Sonny Hjeltman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Stefan Lundin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vänge IF's Jonatan Wennerlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Vänge IF from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Hjeltman came free, but Stefan Lundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonatan Wennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Vänge IF's Jonatan Wennerlund got control of the ball when Andreas Biörkquist tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 34 minutes, Anthon Beneth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vänge IF and the BK Tåfjutt players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Anthon Beneth. Kent Sundberg kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Vänge IF were furious when Walter Bark was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vänge IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! In the 46th minute there was a penalty for BK Tåfjutt. Anael Plugge stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonatan Wennerlund. 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valdemar Petersson to strike the kick off in the second half. Valdemar Petersson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonatan Wennerlund having to make a save. Jonatan Wennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilhelm Sellberg in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Vänge IF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Sven-Ove Jonasson hit a great ball. Jonathan Eriksson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonatan Wennerlund. Vänge IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jonatan Wennerlund came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by BK Tåfjutt's Vilhelm Sellberg. But to his dismay, Vilhelm Sellberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. The supporters of BK Tåfjutt booed when Vänge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Grönlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute of the match Anael Plugge sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonatan Wennerlund skillfully saved the ball. Vilhelm Sellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Vänge IF getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Östen Ivarsson hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Jonasson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Petersson in the 80th minute of play forced Vänge IF's goalkeeper Jonatan Wennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Jonathan Eriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 89 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Anthon Beneth. BK Tåfjutt's Valdemar Petersson got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andreas Biörkquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vänge IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BK Tåfjutt.
