The supporters of Stockholm IF booed when Tånys Talenter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Ferm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Allan Klintæus was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jörgen Arenius charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jörgen Arenius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jörgen Arenius hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Hans Bremming dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 65th minute, Fred Axelsson made a precise shot to the right of Hans Bremming. Tånys Talenter's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 70th minute Jörgen Arenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Bremming saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute Fred Axelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Bremming saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernt Ahlin took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hans Bremming. Hans Bremming dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. There was no doubt that Stockholm IF were the better team. Stockholm IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
