Hamir Chai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lee Coffman in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ellsworth Lindsay in the 14th minute of play forced LiverBird Flyers FC's goalkeeper Hamir Chai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Ellsworth Lindsay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamir Chai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LiverBird Flyers FC's Hamir Chai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lee Coffman in the 25th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Varennes's Lee Coffman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hamir Chai was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazare Long in the 37th minute of play forced LiverBird Flyers FC's goalkeeper Hamir Chai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ellsworth Lindsay made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Elias Pereira took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Hamir Chai to make any attempt to save it. Randell McCullough kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Varennes made a substitution. Brenton Carrasco replaced Gale Laliberté. After a rather tough play, Varennes's Randell McCullough got a free kick in the 59th minute. Varennes's Brice Leach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wong Yang in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, LiverBird Flyers FC's goalkeeper Hamir Chai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lee Coffman. Hamir Chai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lee Coffman in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Brenton Carrasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamir Chai. LiverBird Flyers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brenton Carrasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. With a little luck, LiverBird Flyers FC's Hamir Chai got control of the ball when Lazare Long tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ellsworth Lindsay kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hamir Chai. That made the score 0-5 in the 71 minute of play. Hafriz Shyan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Hamir Chai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ellsworth Lindsay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Varennes's Lazare Long nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamir Chai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. LiverBird Flyers FC's Hamir Chai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save LiverBird Flyers FC from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute, Lee Coffman made a precise shot to the right of Hamir Chai. LiverBird Flyers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7.
