Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tor-Magnus Olberg got the match started through his kick off. Adrian Soltveit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Christer Engstrøm made a huge save. The supporters of POPODARA F.C booed when FC Pladask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Søren Skålevik didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in POPODARA F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! After 25 minutes POPODARA F.C's goalkeeper Christer Engstrøm managed, with a little bit of luck, save Adrian Soltveit's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Adrian Soltveit took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christer Engstrøm. Christer Engstrøm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, POPODARA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Soltveit came free, but Christer Engstrøm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Aleksander Uthus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Engstrøm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christer Engstrøm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigve Backe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Vegard Berdal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. POPODARA F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vegard Berdal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to POPODARA F.C getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Vegard Berdal hit a great ball. In the 46th minute Wilhelm Mørck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torgeir Myhr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 played minutes FC Pladask got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Kenneth Øglænd. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sigve Backe was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Adrian Soltveit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Engstrøm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tor-Magnus Olberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, FC Pladask's goalkeeper Torgeir Myhr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tor-Magnus Olberg. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Pladask's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tor-Magnus Olberg was slow to take the kick. During this time POPODARA F.C's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on POPODARA F.C's corner Tor-Magnus Olberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Torgeir Myhr quite easily take care of the ball. Tor-Magnus Olberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Torgeir Myhr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, FC Pladask was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Uthus to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigve Backe in the 73rd minute of play forced POPODARA F.C's goalkeeper Christer Engstrøm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ole-Petter Hagberg hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Adrian Soltveit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tor-Magnus Olberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torgeir Myhr was a little too slow when Wilhelm Mørck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 90th minute, Sigve Backe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christer Engstrøm was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 93 minutes into the match, POPODARA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Sigve Backe came free, but Christer Engstrøm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of POPODARA F.C booed when FC Pladask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Soltveit didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Pladask fans cheered their team off the field, for while POPODARA F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
