The supporters of El Imperio del Cuervo booed when INTER de Córdoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Christobal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernan Florian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Shantala in the 41st minute of play. During the 45th minute of the match Prospero Nazario completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Prospero Nazario a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to El Imperio del Cuervo getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Prospero Nazario hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, El Imperio del Cuervo's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Charro came free, but Domingo Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After having played for 90 minutes, Tiburcio Erruki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INTER de Córdoba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Erruki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of INTER de Córdoba booed when El Imperio del Cuervo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Burni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th match minute, INTER de Córdoba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Charro to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
