In the 4th match minute, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Dionisio Oxel charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dionisio Oxel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Oxel to maneuver through the defense. Jacobo Porfiro hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Evelio Garcia hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The Arsenal FC fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Arsenal FC's Martin Lobo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 27 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Guido Indartsu. With a little luck, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Arturo George got control of the ball when Martin Lobo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute, Rolando Txomin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Indartsu hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Gabriel Urko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doctor Khumalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Doctor Khumalo made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Atilano Rodriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doctor Khumalo struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Gabriel Urko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo. Arturo George made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Porfiro in the 58th minute of play. Arturo George took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Lobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rolando Txomin fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's protests and gave Rolando Txomin a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Txomin. After having played for 68 minutes, Guido Indartsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Indartsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Arsenal FC's Rogelio Oroitz got a free kick in the 71st minute. Doctor Khumalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Placido Estefan hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Evelio Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo George showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Porfiro in the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Lobo in the 86th minute of play forced C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goalkeeper Arturo George to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Arsenal FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rogelio Oroitz hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Atilano Rodriguez sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arsenal FC's Gabriel Urko didn't even have to move. Romeo Afonso kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. If Doctor Khumalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsenal FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
