Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Deportivo Balvanera's Joaquin Nofre started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Teodosio Serapio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Balvanera and the Ciclista FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Deportivo Balvanera getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Teodosio Serapio hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes Ciclista FC got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Montes. Amancio Aimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Taurino, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The supporters of Ciclista FC booed when Deportivo Balvanera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Quin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Aimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Nofre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amancio Aimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Serapio in the 10th minute of play. Venancio Bladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Diego Milito made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Aimar. Ciclista FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 17 minutes of play, Deportivo Balvanera's Joaquin Nofre made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amancio Aimar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 20 minutes into the match, Severiano Taurino notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Ciclista FC's Amancio Aimar. Amancio Aimar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27thth minute of the game Severiano Taurino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciclista FC's Amancio Aimar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Nofre took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amancio Aimar. Amancio Aimar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Ciclista FC's Amancio Aimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Taurino in the 30th minute of play. Amancio Aimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Errapel in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Severiano Taurino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Amancio Aimar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute Joaquin Nofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Aimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amancio Aimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Taurino in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Diego Milito made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Aimar. Ciclista FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Nofre in the 45th minute of play forced Ciclista FC's goalkeeper Amancio Aimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayetano Behe made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Venancio Bladi sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Ciclista FC's zone, Esteban Acuña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Aimar came out of the goal and Esteban Acuña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Venancio Bladi made the kick off in the second half. Jacinto Senon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Amancio Aimar made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Balvanera's Severiano Taurino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amancio Aimar. That made the score 0-8 after 57 minutes of play. Jacinto Senon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Amancio Aimar made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goalkeeper Amancio Aimar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severiano Taurino. After 65 played minutes Ciclista FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Velasco. After a defensive mix-up in Ciclista FC's zone, Severiano Taurino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Aimar came out of the goal and Severiano Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Venancio Bladi fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ciclista FC's protests and gave Venancio Bladi a yellow card for diving instead. Venancio Bladi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Severiano Taurino took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amancio Aimar. Amancio Aimar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. After some careless play in the Deportivo Balvanera defense, Venancio Bladi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Behe. The Deportivo Balvanera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Behe should have stopped the shot. Amancio Aimar came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Balvanera's Joaquin Nofre. But to his dismay, Joaquin Nofre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-11. 91 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Milito came free, but Amancio Aimar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Severiano Taurino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amancio Aimar. Severiano Taurino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-13. Deportivo Balvanera's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
