Gerardo Goyo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Furia Calamar's Erubiel Matthew got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 64 minutes, Carlos Villalba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Furia Calamar and the CanarioMza players grew even worse after the yellow card.
