Leonardo Oro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Rik in the 25th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Espirillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Luzea came free, but Isaac Delfino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Oro had great luck who in the 34thth minute grab hold of the ball when Clemente Txatxu from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 38 minutes of play, ★ IL TORO ★'s Francisco Luzea made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Delfino was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Espirillo FC booed when ★ IL TORO ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Ayala didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Jimeno Tulio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ★ IL TORO ★'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espirillo FC the free kick. Esteve Chumo's late challenge caught a Espirillo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteve Chumo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute Tomás Rik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Oro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Espirillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Chucho to maneuver through the defense. Melchor Papo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Espirillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Waldo Rosental came free, but Isaac Delfino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Hipolito Orlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, ★ IL TORO ★'s Jimeno Tulio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 73rd minute Clemente Txatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Oro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, ★ IL TORO ★'s Waldo Rosental dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. 85 minutes into the game, Tobias Chucho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espirillo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ★ IL TORO ★ the free kick. After 85 played minutes Espirillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Chucho. 86 minutes into the match, ★ IL TORO ★'s Melchor Papo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Isaac Delfino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Tulio in the 88th minute. 95 minutes into the game, Tomás Rik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Leonardo Oro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ★ IL TORO ★'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
