Santo Ferran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Americo Berriotxoa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Leobardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Family siempre's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Saverio Todor scored to the left of an out of position Feliciano Joseph, making the score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Filomeno Isias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Feliciano Joseph was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the game, Mauricio Teofilio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Feliciano Joseph. Mauricio Teofilio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Feliciano Joseph showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Todor, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute Amancio Madaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Leobardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Abancens during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ciro Abancens hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Ramon Leobardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amancio Madaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Oinatz couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Academia de Campeones getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Gonzalo Iigo hit a great ball. Amancio Madaleno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ramon Leobardo. Academia de Campeones's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Family siempre's goalkeeper Feliciano Joseph had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Teofilio. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amancio Madaleno to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Mauricio Teofilio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Feliciano Joseph was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ciro Abancens lost his temper 59 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Family siempre fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Mauricio Teofilio did an outstanding performance 62 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 6-0 to the right of an irritated Feliciano Joseph in the goal. After 68 minutes, Gonzalo Iigo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia de Campeones and the Family siempre players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Academia de Campeones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Iigo to maneuver through the defense. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Academia de Campeones's Zeledon Beti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliciano Joseph made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. 88 minutes into the match, Jacobo Manny had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliciano Joseph. Family siempre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobo Manny was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. In the 93rd minute of the match Academia de Campeones got a corner. Family siempre's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudio Tano ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Claudio Tano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Feliciano Joseph quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 99 minutes into the game, Academia de Campeones's Mauricio Teofilio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliciano Joseph made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. Academia de Campeones's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
