After 4 played minutes Blitzkrieg got a freekick which was hit by David Edur. After 7 minutes, Teo Cugat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blitzkrieg and the ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Teo Cugat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Blitzkrieg's zone, Benjamin Pudes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Lander came out of the goal and Benjamin Pudes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carmelo Lander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Gartzea in the 16th minute of play. Blitzkrieg's Carmelo Lander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Gartzea in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's goalkeeper Modesto Weterio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Corderall. Leon Haitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carmelo Lander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Haitz ran back to his position shaking his head. Blitzkrieg's Carmelo Lander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Cresconio in the 36th minute of play. Modesto Weterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Corderall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo Cugat got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Blitzkrieg's zone, Benjamin Pudes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Lander came out of the goal and Benjamin Pudes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

David Edur hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ booed when Blitzkrieg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Iztal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Modesto Weterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Corderall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Lander having to interfere.
