The supporters of Twierdza Wroclaw booed when FC Blaugrana Kraków was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Siekierski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Twierdza Wroclaw's goalkeeper Ziemowit Czermak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maksymilian Szkaradek. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Wysocki in the 21st minute of play forced FC Blaugrana Kraków's goalkeeper Dominik Wrzosek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominik Wrzosek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyryl Lipinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 66 minutes of play, Twierdza Wroclaw's Leszek Wysocki made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dominik Wrzosek was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the FC Blaugrana Kraków defense, Korneliusz Jenkot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dominik Wrzosek. The FC Blaugrana Kraków fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dominik Wrzosek should have stopped the shot. The Twierdza Wroclaw supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Twierdza Wroclaw would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
