Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gastons Pavelskops started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Mário Kempes made a precise shot to the right of Andulis Cerīgais. Black horses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Black horses's Gastons Pavelskops nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tony Izzard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 18th minute, Russ Trueman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tony Izzard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gastons Pavelskops in the 21st minute of play. Ken Singleton kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match Valentīns Vitmanis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tony Izzard showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gastons Pavelskops scored 1-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tony Izzard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Gastons Pavelskops ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tony Izzard was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Normunds Sils fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Izzard having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mário Kempes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Kārlis Blāķis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tony Izzard was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Andulis Cerīgais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mário Kempes went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. After 59 minutes, Vitauts Miemis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black horses and the Valencia C.F. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes Black horses got a freekick which was hit by Vitauts Miemis. After recieving a nice pass, Valencia C.F.'s Sean Deighton tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Andulis Cerīgais came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Valencia C.F.'s Zackary Jenkins. But to his dismay, Zackary Jenkins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. With a little luck, Valencia C.F.'s Tony Izzard got control of the ball when Kārlis Blāķis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 73 played minutes Valencia C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Sean Deighton. In the 74th minute of the match Valentīns Vitmanis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tony Izzard showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Normunds Sils fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Izzard having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Normunds Sils was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Black horses's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valencia C.F. the free kick. Normunds Sils hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Andulis Cerīgais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Kempes in the 95th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gastons Pavelskops in the 97th minute of play forced Valencia C.F.'s goalkeeper Tony Izzard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Black horses could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Valencia C.F. throughout the match.
