In the 3rdth minute of the game Amílton Guedes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pistolero Tricolor FC's Dênis Vargas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dorival Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dênis Vargas having to interfere. Voyager Soccer Team's Dorival Zonta got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vítor Vale took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dênis Vargas. Dênis Vargas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dorival Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dênis Vargas came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Voyager Soccer Team's Amílton Guedes. But to his dismay, Amílton Guedes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience was convinced that Dorival Zonta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dênis Vargas was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Dênis Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorival Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Augusto Vieira's late challenge caught a Pistolero Tricolor FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Augusto Vieira helped the player get up and apologised. José Augusto Vieira hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Voyager Soccer Team's Waldemar Gerber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belmiro Quintal in the 47th minute of play.

After 52 played minutes Voyager Soccer Team got a freekick which was hit by José Augusto Vieira. Waldemar Gerber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Soeiro in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Voyager Soccer Team's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Soeiro came free, but Waldemar Gerber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Voyager Soccer Team getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Diguinho Tróia hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Marcel Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 played minutes Voyager Soccer Team got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Neves. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Eduardo Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pistolero Tricolor FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldemar Gerber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lino Soeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Voyager Soccer Team getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Rodriguinho Pirani hit a great ball. Waldemar Gerber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Amílton Guedes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Dênis Vargas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rafael Vidal hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes Pistolero Tricolor FC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Soeiro. Waldemar Gerber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Diguinho Tróia charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diguinho Tróia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Voyager Soccer Team's Diguinho Tróia got a free kick in the 86th minute. A collision led to Voyager Soccer Team getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Sílvio Luís Pirani hit a great ball. The Voyager Soccer Team players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
