Léo Quirino started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Léo Quirino in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gualter de Godoi saved VARGINHA FC from getting behind. Murillo Brito hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Paulo Pires lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 18th match minute, Mota 2017 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Pires to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, VARGINHA FC's José Pedro Soares tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Vito Toscano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guilherme do Vale went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Vito Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kauan Meireles got free with Vito Toscano in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gualter de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Arce in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to VARGINHA FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Vágner Arósio hit a great ball. Denílson Vidal took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vito Toscano. Vito Toscano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 34 minutes, João Pedro Cardoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VARGINHA FC and the Mota 2017 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, João Pedro Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualter de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luan Paraense, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mota 2017's goalkeeper Vito Toscano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vito Toscano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guilherme do Vale made a kick off. Vito Toscano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the game, VARGINHA FC's Paulão Nóbrega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vito Toscano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Vito Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Gilson Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mota 2017's Gilson Lucas got a free kick in the 59th minute. Wanderson Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualter de Godoi having to interfere. Luan Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Gualter de Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mota 2017's Wanderson Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Eusébio Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. VARGINHA FC's Gualter de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doni Silva in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Denílson Vidal notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Mota 2017's Vito Toscano. Vito Toscano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to VARGINHA FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Denílson Vidal hit a great ball. If Wanderson Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vito Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme do Vale in the 91st minute of play. VARGINHA FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mota 2017 for a fine match.
