After a rather tough play, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Gonçalo Madureira got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The Hartmann Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Hartmann Futebol Clube's Wesley Koehler looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Hartmann Futebol Clube booed when SC Conceição was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Trancoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Pombal was a little too slow when Celsinho Alcântara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-1. SC Conceição's Delfim Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Pernambucano in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Wesley Koehler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Conceição's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wesley Koehler was slow to take the kick. During this time Hartmann Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Wesley Koehler almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Conceição's Delfim Goiano did a great save. 27 minutes into the match, SC Conceição's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Koehler came free, but Delfim Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Celsinho Alcântara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Conceição's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hartmann Futebol Clube the free kick. After 39 played minutes SC Conceição got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Alcântara. In the 44th minute Charles Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute of the match Hartmann Futebol Clube got a corner. SC Conceição's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wesley Koehler ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Wesley Koehler almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Conceição's Delfim Goiano did a great save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Wesley Koehler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delfim Goiano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Artur Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celsinho Alcântara in the 53rd minute of play. Charles Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Pernambucano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baltazar Messias kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Hartmann Futebol Clube's Charles Pernambucano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. With a little luck, SC Conceição's Delfim Goiano got control of the ball when Alessandro de Medeiros tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Charles Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SC Conceição getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Luiz Trancoso hit a great ball. SC Conceição's Delfim Goiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Conceição from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Wesley Koehler could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Delfim Goiano however easily saved by the left post. Delfim Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Pernambucano in the 88th minute of the match. Walmir Senna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Artur Pombal. Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
