When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Delgado Licardi took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Ortíz Relloso to make any attempt to save it. In the 18th minute Rafael Quizan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Alegria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Rafael Quizan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CANTERANOS DMS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RomoLerouX UniteD UXX the free kick. After 19 played minutes CANTERANOS DMS got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Quizan. In the 20th minute, Rixon Corrillos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, CANTERANOS DMS's Ortíz Relloso got control of the ball when Lara Mendaña tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lara Mendaña received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ortíz Relloso came out and tried to block the shot, but Lara Mendaña slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 32nd minute. 37 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Rixon Corrillos came free, but Ortíz Relloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ortíz Relloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvaldo Adarzo in the 41st minute. Rixon Corrillos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ortíz Relloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osvaldo Adarzo lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruperto Alegria showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lara Mendaña in the 67th minute of play forced CANTERANOS DMS's goalkeeper Ortíz Relloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ortíz Relloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lara Mendaña's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Lara Mendaña put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ortíz Relloso. After having played for 81 minutes, Lara Mendaña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lara Mendaña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Rixon Corrillos put it in 6-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ortíz Relloso. In the 89th minute, Moisés Anderica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The RomoLerouX UniteD UXX fans cheered their team off the field, for while CANTERANOS DMS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
