Wladyslaw Brudzisz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iustin Bâru in the 25th minute. After 26 played minutes PAOK FC got a freekick which was hit by Theofilos Vrochopoulos. Go Ahead Eagles's Dani Maranhense couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for PAOK FC. 28 minutes into the game, Iustin Bâru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Wladyslaw Brudzisz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thymios Sanidomenos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 32 minutes into the match. King 张林鹏 shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Iustin Bâru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vrasidas Kozirakis during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wladyslaw Brudzisz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manga Mangkudikusumah, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Go Ahead Eagles's Iustin Bâru got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Soulis Katsara kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Go Ahead Eagles's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dani Maranhense in the 92nd minute. At last the ball reached Olcay Orkun Gökekin at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of PAOK FC. 5-1. Iustin Bâru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Wladyslaw Brudzisz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Go Ahead Eagles's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
