Emil Gabor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thomás Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandu Condeescu in the 9th minute of the match. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save ASF BAIA MARE -MM- from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Semeghin in the 19th minute of play forced ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goalkeeper Emil Gabor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernest Petru kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 23 minutes ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gelu Lelescu who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Eduard Semeghin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basarab Vărzaru in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucrețiu Ghimiș got free with Thomás Linares in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Dragoş Cazacu put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Emil Gabor. The supporters of ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 booed when ASF BAIA MARE -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernest Petru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucrețiu Ghimiș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Thomás Linares made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Lucrețiu Ghimiș managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucrețiu Ghimiș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomás Linares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Thomás Linares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ferdinand Petran hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Sever Tilincă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ASF BAIA MARE -MM- were winning 0-3.

Remus Cazan kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomás Linares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emil Gabor made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Eduard Semeghin sent off a good shot on target. Eduard Semeghin made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 73rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Emil Gabor would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eugen Mihălțan in the 85th minute. The corner led ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș to fire away a dangerous shot which Thomás Linares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lucrețiu Ghimiș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Thomás Linares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 92 minutes, Vladimir Stejaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ASF BAIA MARE -MM- and the ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vladimir Stejaru kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Thomás Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 93rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the ASF BAIA MARE -MM- defense, Lucrețiu Ghimiș kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomás Linares. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomás Linares should have stopped the shot. The ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s performance. The match ended with a win for ASF BAIA MARE -MM-.
