The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adilson do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 2nd minute. Ciudad Tao FC were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Al-Slottshöjden's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alonzo Hermansson took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Ernst Skog to score against Adilson do Vale in Al-Slottshöjden's goal. 1-0 after 6 minutes. In the 9th minute, Jairo Malheiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adilson do Vale. The goal made the score 2-0. Ciudad Tao FC's Jairo Malheiro got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Pierre Schutrups threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ciudad Tao FC's Alonzo Hermansson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jairo Malheiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Adilson do Vale made a huge save. Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 22nd minute of play. In the 27th minute Osmar Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale got control of the ball when Jairo Malheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Al-Slottshöjden's goalkeeper Adilson do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jairo Malheiro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jairo Malheiro in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adilson do Vale saved Al-Slottshöjden from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Ahlbeck in the 35th minute of play forced Ciudad Tao FC's goalkeeper Evander Zabel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Malheiros short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Adilson do Vale to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adilson do Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jairo Malheiro went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reggie Clement stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Jairo Malheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd minute, Felipe Walker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alonzo Hermansson shot from long distance after 53 played minutes, a shot that Adilson do Vale with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reggie Clement in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evander Zabel saved Ciudad Tao FC from getting behind. Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 62nd minute of play. Jairo Malheiro took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adilson do Vale. Adilson do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Ciudad Tao FC made a substitution. Isto Holttinen replaced Osmar Goiano. Ciudad Tao FC's Hubert Hamnberg was substituted for Ernst Skog. A collision led to Al-Slottshöjden getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Josef Hellbom hit a great ball. Ciudad Tao FC's Joakim Vennerlund was substituted for Virgo Penc. In the 67th minute, Josef Hellbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Al-Slottshöjden's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Hermansson came free, but Adilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Malheiro took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adilson do Vale. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Malheiro in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adilson do Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, Al-Slottshöjden's goal looked a bit too open when Isto Holttinen came free, but Adilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Malheiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adilson do Vale having to make a save. Al-Slottshöjden's Adilson do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 77th minute of play. Adilson do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isto Holttinen in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Jairo Malheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciudad Tao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Malheiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Malheiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
