Lu Xi Le hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's goal looked a bit too open when Fu Lin came free, but Enzo Noce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Virgil Van Dijk threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Nerd Herd's Jan-Kenneth Skog quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Søren Valen made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Lu Xi Le sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Xi Le in the 13th minute of play forced Oslo City FC's goalkeeper Søren Valen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oslo City FC's Søren Valen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Oslo City FC from getting a goal against them. Lu Xi Le could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Søren Valen made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Engelund in the 22nd minute of play forced The Nerd Herd's goalkeeper Enzo Noce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Joachim Engelund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Noce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Xi Le's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Søren Valen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Alin Armeanca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Søren Valen. Alin Armeanca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Søren Valen made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Lu Xi Le sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, The Nerd Herd's Lu Xi Le dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 44 minutes into the game, Gilmar Mendes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oslo City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Nerd Herd the free kick.

58 minutes into the game, The Nerd Herd's Lu Xi Le nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Søren Valen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 62 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's Lu Xi Le sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Søren Valen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Søren Valen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Odysseas Lagidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Lu Xi Le had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Søren Valen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lu Xi Le's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Søren Valen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lu Xi Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joachim Engelund during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Nerd Herd's Richard Evju was substituted for Lars Gjønnes. The supporters of The Nerd Herd booed when Oslo City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joachim Engelund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Søren Valen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lu Xi Le in the 85th minute of the match. The Nerd Herd's Enzo Noce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geir-Inge Skulstad in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes The Nerd Herd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joachim Engelund who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Joachim Engelund almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Nerd Herd's Enzo Noce did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Lu Xi Le managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Nerd Herd's supporters rose to their feet, but Lu Xi Le was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Søren Valen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the The Nerd Herd defense, Fu Lin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Noce. The The Nerd Herd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Noce should have stopped the shot.
