The score was now 1-1. 44 minutes into the match, Mihály Fülep dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pablo Mei, 2-1.

Plaza Jewell's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anselmo Milio in the 53rd minute. The corner ended in Anselmo Milio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but O rey Iván's Aristides Barea did a great save.
