In the 6th minute Challacó were awarded a corner. Faiz Peng went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience thought a goal was coming when J.J 王鹏 got free with Bernardo Loren in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernardo Loren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faiz Peng in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Odol in the 19th minute of play forced Challacó's goalkeeper Timoteo Gines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Artemio Odol made the kick off in the second half. Bernardo Loren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from J.J 王鹏 in the 54th minute of play. Challacó's Timoteo Gines proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Challacó from getting a goal against them. Artemio Odol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Timoteo Gines made a huge save. Bernardo Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from J.J 王鹏, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Bernardo Loren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Brânza in the 80th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Pavel Brânza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Loren was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Zheng Sang Sheng charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zheng Sang Sheng the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, one of Challacó:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Challacó.
