La Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Piorno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th match minute, C.S.C.y.D. La Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Ibar to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 90 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Berdoi. Rodrigo Playo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şevket Çağa went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atlético Atlanta fully deserved thier win.
