The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Luna got free with Marian Dombroski in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 22 played minutes Galja Kraków got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Arriba. Carlos Luna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Dombroski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play.
