Gugu de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Tomitak Wrocław's Gilbert Maruda got control of the ball when Gugu de Mendonça tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilbert Maruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gucci Gang, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tomitak Wrocław players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SS SuperSonics.
