In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind BK Skjold's goalkeeper Benne Verdonk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kenn Kuberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Botelho in the 22nd minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Anti Kodu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skellerup FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anti Kodu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, BK Skjold's goalkeeper Benne Verdonk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anti Kodu. Benne Verdonk made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Anti Kodu sent off a good shot on target. Skellerup FC's Kenn Kuberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurico Mello in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anti Kodu in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benne Verdonk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute Jago Štriker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benne Verdonk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Cláudio Botelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Skjold's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skellerup FC the free kick. The supporters of Skellerup FC booed when BK Skjold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cláudio Botelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jago Štriker got free with Benne Verdonk in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, BK Skjold's goal looked a bit too open when Paris Hilty came free, but Benne Verdonk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skellerup FC's Kenn Kuberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Skellerup FC from getting a goal against them. Kenn Kuberg made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Eurico Mello sent off a good shot on target. In the 62ndth minute of the game Anti Kodu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Skjold's Benne Verdonk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anti Kodu in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Benne Verdonk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jago Štriker in the 73rd minute of play. If Paris Hilty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eurico Mello in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenn Kuberg saved Skellerup FC from getting behind. Jago Štriker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Emil Dahlman in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Skellerup FC's Tiberiu Ruşdea. When Cesinha Vargas fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Skjold's protests and gave Cesinha Vargas a yellow card for diving instead. Benne Verdonk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vagnar Halckendorff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's Jago Štriker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benne Verdonk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Loco Fenomeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benne Verdonk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anti Kodu, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Kenn Kuberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chad Smith in the 94th minute of the match. Oluf Lebro kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Kenn Kuberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cesinha Vargas. BK Skjold's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
