Azazyahu Eckstein came out of the goal and Ryszard Bronicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arsenio Lupin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Azazyahu Eckstein came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Kyperountas's Ryszard Bronicki. But to his dismay, Ryszard Bronicki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 20 minutes into the match, Atletico Kyperountas's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Tomporowski came free, but Arsenio Lupin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, MEME FC's goalkeeper Azazyahu Eckstein had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kalkhas Haritopoulos. Arsenio Lupin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yoshafat Nefrin in the 23rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kalkhas Haritopoulos got free with Azazyahu Eckstein in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 43 minutes of play, MEME FC's Yoshafat Nefrin made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arsenio Lupin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stathis Tsalamagas kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ryszard Bronicki made a kick off. The supporters of Atletico Kyperountas booed when MEME FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stathis Tsalamagas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Azazyahu Eckstein dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Branco in the 70th minute of play forced Atletico Kyperountas's goalkeeper Arsenio Lupin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcel Branco in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Lupin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 71 played minutes MEME FC got a freekick which was hit by Stathis Tsalamagas. Azazyahu Eckstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermín Huerta, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Atletico Kyperountas.
