After a rather tough play, FORZA BRESCIA's Víctor Lermo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Plaza Babys CF's Abelardo Macías played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Mudarra in the 35th minute of play. Plaza Babys CF's Wen Yu got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute FORZA BRESCIA were awarded a corner. Caetano Mudarra went to the cornerflag to take it. Víctor Lermo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Egun Palomares made in the 45th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Yvon Fabelo however managed to control. The crowd rose to their feet as Benji Hanson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Donato Garcia. That made the score 1-0 in the 46 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adalberto Ecija made a kick off. Adalberto Ecija who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Abelardo Macías when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, FORZA BRESCIA's Federico Viñe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Macías narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Viñe got free with Abelardo Macías in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FORZA BRESCIA's Bertin Gandia was substituted for Adalberto Ecija. In the 65th minute of the match FORZA BRESCIA got a corner. Plaza Babys CF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Caetano Mudarra ran over to the corner to take the kick. FORZA BRESCIA's Víctor Lermo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Egun Palomares, made in the 67th minute of the game.
