After taking down the ball on Donzela de Ferro FBPA's corner Henrique de Lima fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damian Fetor quite easily take care of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, FÊNIX F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Henrique de Lima came free, but Damian Fetor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper Carlos Germano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt Bouchard. Damian Fetor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Luz got free with Carlos Germano in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Evaristo Martins lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. FÊNIX F.C.:s Damian Fetor showed great skill when he stopped Henrique de Lima:s penalty. João Carlos Medeiros hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Damian Fetor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique de Lima in the 33rd minute of the match. When Bebeto da Costa fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Donzela de Ferro FBPA's protests and gave Bebeto da Costa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Donzela de Ferro FBPA getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bebeto da Costa hit a great ball. With a little luck, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Mauro Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Carlos Germano managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when FÊNIX F.C.'s Mauro Luz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Damian Fetor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique de Lima in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauro Luz made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, FÊNIX F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when César de Souza came free, but Damian Fetor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Henrique de Lima made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Fetor was left in no man's land by his defense there! FÊNIX F.C.'s Kauã Moreno was substituted for Marquinhos Teixeira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Luz in the 62nd minute of play forced Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes Donzela de Ferro FBPA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kauã Moreno who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Kauã Moreno almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Carlos Germano did a great save. Marcinho Arce made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Glauco Munhoz. A hard shot 65 in the game by Henrique de Lima from a close distance when the talented Damian Fetor managed to make a qualified save. FÊNIX F.C.'s players were relieved. FÊNIX F.C. made a substitution. Valério Zonta replaced Tiago Gabriel Damião. In the 68th minute Donzela de Ferro FBPA were awarded a corner. Henrique de Lima went to the cornerflag to take it.
