After 3 played minutes Atlético Minuano got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Reis. The supporters of Atlético Minuano booed when Santo Amaro AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giuseppe de Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Dominik Piglowski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Santo Amaro AC's Hudson Arósio didn't even have to move. In the 8th minute of the match Atlético Minuano got a corner. Santo Amaro AC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dominik Piglowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 16th minute, Cipriano Hermes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicolas Romero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Felippe Dante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Hudson Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Dominik Piglowski could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Hudson Arósio however easily saved by the left post. Felippe Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson Arósio having to interfere. After some careless play in the Atlético Minuano defense, Wincent Pawlik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Romero. The Atlético Minuano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Romero should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Santo Amaro AC booed when Atlético Minuano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Cipriano Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hudson Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Piglowski in the 37th minute of the match. Dominik Piglowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hudson Arósio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Santo Amaro AC booed when Atlético Minuano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominik Piglowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dominik Piglowski was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Santo Amaro AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei de Souza to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute, Felippe Dante made a precise shot to the right of Hudson Arósio. Santo Amaro AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Nicolas Romero made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Cipriano Hermes sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute of the match Santo Amaro AC got a corner. Santo Amaro AC's Wincent Pawlik was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nicolas Romero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Atlético Minuano's Nicolas Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Minuano from getting a goal against them. Joel Barral hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Felippe Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felippe Dante scored 3-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hudson Arósio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlos Alberto Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Dominik Piglowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Hudson Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hudson Arósio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Barral went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Luiz Fabiano de Senna hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Dominik Piglowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hudson Arósio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dominik Piglowski ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 78 minutes, Felippe Dante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Minuano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felippe Dante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felippe Dante struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Hudson Arósio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Minuano. Nicolas Romero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cipriano Hermes in the 82nd minute. Dominik Piglowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Amaro AC's Hudson Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felippe Dante in the 87th minute of play. A collision led to Atlético Minuano getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Leonard Pihl hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dominik Piglowski in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute, Dominik Piglowski made a precise shot to the right of Hudson Arósio. Santo Amaro AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2.
