After 3 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Gleizes. Danny Pasquier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitri Bougault went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Avel Vat's goalkeeper Danny Pasquier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Avel Vat defense, Antonin Dagorne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danny Pasquier. The Avel Vat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danny Pasquier should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonin Dagorne in the 13th minute of play forced Avel Vat's goalkeeper Danny Pasquier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Avel Vat getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Victorien Perbet hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Herblay's Dimitri Bougault tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 18 minutes of play, Herblay's Antonin Dagorne made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danny Pasquier was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute Antonin Dagorne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny Pasquier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danny Pasquier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaud Konieczny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Avel Vat's goal looked a bit too open when Antonin Dagorne came free, but Danny Pasquier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Dimitri Bougault shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny Pasquier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonin Dagorne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danny Pasquier came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Herblay's Antonin Dagorne. But to his dismay, Antonin Dagorne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Norbert Cadart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Danny Pasquier made a huge save. If Arnaud Konieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arnaud Konieczny took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danny Pasquier. Danny Pasquier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The supporters of Avel Vat booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitri Bougault didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnaud Konieczny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Avel Vat's Billy Bouget got a free kick in the 61st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joseph Desjardin during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Joseph Desjardin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Antonin Dagorne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny Pasquier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th play minute Antonin Dagorne came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Danny Pasquier. 0-6. 79 minutes into the game, Herblay's Antonin Dagorne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danny Pasquier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. 83 minutes into the game, Dimitri Bougault lined in a short shot 0-8 behind a frustrated Danny Pasquier. After having played for 86 minutes, Dimitri Bougault managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herblay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitri Bougault was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danny Pasquier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitri Bougault went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. In the 95th minute, Joseph Desjardin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Herblay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Avel Vat throughout the match.
