Racing Club's Olavo Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Lécuyer in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Tequileros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Osoro to maneuver through the defense. When Racing Club's Godofredo Remigio in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tequileros FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 13thth minute of the game Geronimo Salomone who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tequileros FC's Luisito Sadurni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Mike Navarro in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tequileros FC's Andres Frasco. In the 19th minute, Godofredo Remigio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute Edgard Lécuyer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Halil Can Tokuşhan put in a rough tackle. 30 minutes into the game, one of Racing Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Tequileros FC. Edgard Magdaleno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Olavo Henriques. 0-1. Luisito Sadurni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Remigio in the 43rd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Godofredo Remigio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luisito Sadurni. Godofredo Remigio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godofredo Remigio to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Lécuyer in the 54th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Club made a substitution. Maksymilian Walaszkiewicz replaced Urbano Jago. Racing Club made a substitution. George Orwel replaced Godofredo Remigio. Eustacio Gonsalvo got a throw-in 62 minutes in the game and the ball was received by George Orwel. After 63 minutes of play, Racing Club's George Orwel made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisito Sadurni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filiberto Bittor kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Filiberto Bittor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tequileros FC's goalkeeper Luisito Sadurni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Magdaleno. In the 74th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Uxio to maneuver through the defense. If Conrado Baudelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Baudelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Henriques having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game George Orwel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tequileros FC's Luisito Sadurni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 91st minute of the match Tequileros FC got a corner. Racing Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgard Magdaleno ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 93rd minute George Orwel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Sadurni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tequileros FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Racing Club.
