In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Spartak Moscow's goalkeeper Cesar Colas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the F.C. Spartak Moscow defense, Cayetano Joanes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesar Colas. The F.C. Spartak Moscow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesar Colas should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute, Cayetano Joanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The F.C. Spartak Moscow fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SMARTS FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
