Walls FC's Agustín Barquerin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Bertol in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Xinaro Montemiuño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's supporters rose to their feet, but Xinaro Montemiuño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With an all-out effort, Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Agustín Barquerin threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xinaro Montemiuño, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose-Antonio Urioste got free with Agustín Barquerin in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute, Xinaro Montemiuño made a precise shot to the right of Agustín Barquerin. Walls FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Nicanor Bertol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Agustín Barquerin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
