Gaspar Vermudo was slow to take the kick. During this time ErbaA KartaLı's players had a chance to rest. The corner led ErbaA KartaLı's Gaspar Vermudo to fire away a dangerous shot which Ahmet Vefik Safa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 27th minute Timur Sarphan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sufi Hanönü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ekber Tokuztuğ made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ErbaA KartaLı's Olgun Taha. When Olgun Taha fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ErbaA KartaLı's protests and gave Olgun Taha a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, ErbaA KartaLı was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josip Schetelig to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Doğanyurt FK's zone, Jarbas Dias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Vefik Safa came out of the goal and Jarbas Dias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ErbaA KartaLı's Baran Bilge Başeski was substituted for Celil Ümran. After a rather tough play, ErbaA KartaLı's Gaspar Vermudo got a free kick in the 70th minute. Doğanyurt FK's Baran Uğuş got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ErbaA KartaLı's Sufi Hanönü played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timur Sarphan in the 83rd minute of play. Doğanyurt FK were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after ErbaA KartaLı's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baran Uğuş took the corner.
