In the 4thth minute of the game Erkut Cenan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but İdmanocağı FK's Mustafa Cumhur Suergin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mustafa Cumhur Suergin came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C internazionale's Erkut Cenan. But to his dismay, Erkut Cenan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mustafa Cumhur Suergin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erkut Cenan's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Ahmet Korkut Zühtü scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mustafa Cumhur Gök, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd minute, Erkut Cenan made a precise shot to the right of Mustafa Cumhur Suergin. İdmanocağı FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After 28 minutes İdmanocağı FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Okaner Necmi who took care of the corner kick. Mustafa Cumhur Suergin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkut Cenan in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Erkut Cenan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mustafa Cumhur Suergin. İdmanocağı FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erkut Cenan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mustafa Cumhur Gök having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli in the 38th minute of play forced F.C internazionale's goalkeeper Mustafa Cumhur Gök to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafa Cumhur Suergin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkut Cenan in the 40th minute of play. Mustafa Cumhur Gök made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli in the 42nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli made a kick off. Erkut Cenan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Mustafa Cumhur Suergin 56 minutes into the match. İdmanocağı FK's Güneş Baytüze was substituted for Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli. Yetkin Beksan made in the 63rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Erkut Cenan immediately put the ball in play. Mustafa Cumhur Suergin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciccio Presutti in the 64th minute. A collision led to F.C internazionale getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Witold Kowalski hit a great ball. F.C internazionale's Staffan Karlberg was substituted for Aquilino Florinio. The supporters of İdmanocağı FK booed when F.C internazionale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witold Kowalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Ciccio Presutti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C internazionale fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Güneş Baytüze in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Cumhur Gök prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mustafa Cumhur Gök took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güneş Baytüze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, İdmanocağı FK's goal looked a bit too open when Erkut Cenan came free, but Mustafa Cumhur Suergin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C internazionale's attentive Gilberto Tonete managed to snatch the ball when Yavuz-Sultan Selim made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. Güneş Baytüze might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mustafa Cumhur Gök. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Güneş Baytüze ran back to his position shaking his head. F.C internazionale's Mustafa Cumhur Gök played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güneş Baytüze in the 84th minute of play. Mustafa Cumhur Suergin made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Erkut Cenan sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, F.C internazionale's Mustafa Cumhur Suergin threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erkut Cenan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. F.C internazionale had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
