After 9 minutes, Ennio De Nardis made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Riesgo Cero's Gualterio Pinto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Riesgo Cero's Gualterio Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ennio De Nardis in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Fabio Simonetti got a free kick in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Riesgo Cero's Dante Roderigo got a free kick in the 15th minute. Gualterio Pinto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ennio De Nardis went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of XMAS booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Sugoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filippo Barbato made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Teo Bernad sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Riesgo Cero's Elias Vedillo got a free kick in the 39th minute. Alvaro Aversano hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When Teobaldo Maore came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Riesgo Cero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Maore couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Achille Zara made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Teo Bernad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Barbato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Constantino Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualterio Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ennio De Nardis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Riesgo Cero's Benedicto Sugoi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Benedicto Sugoi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Riesgo Cero protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benedicto Sugoi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of XMAS booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Sugoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes Riesgo Cero got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Fidele. Severino Lidon hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Riesgo Cero's Gualterio Pinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Riesgo Cero from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind XMAS's goalkeeper Filippo Barbato, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Riesgo Cero's Gualterio Pinto got control of the ball when Enrico Leoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elias Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dave Maestri kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ennio De Nardis in the 83rd minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Gualterio Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Teobaldo Maore fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riesgo Cero's protests and gave Teobaldo Maore a yellow card for diving instead. Constantino Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Barbato having to interfere. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Christian Zaccardi got a free kick in the 89th minute. Constantino Sanchez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 94 minutes into the match, Enrico Leoni dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gualterio Pinto, 0-3. XMAS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
