In the 6th minute Pascoal Antas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Toldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Angelo Sardinha notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Machu Picchu's Francesco Toldo. Francesco Toldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 14 played minutes Machu Picchu got a freekick which was hit by Resulhan Oğurata. Francesco Toldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascoal Antas in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Vedat Acaralp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Machu Picchu and the FC Fura Balizas players grew even worse after the yellow card. 19 minutes into the match, Pascoal Antas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Francesco Toldo, 2-0. Pascoal Antas might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francesco Toldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pascoal Antas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 23rd minute, Gazi Tun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francesco Toldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascoal Antas in the 27th minute of play. Francesco Toldo was a little too slow when Pascoal Antas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 3-0. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Pascoal Antas put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Francesco Toldo. When FC Fura Balizas's Pascoal Antas in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Machu Picchu's goalie prevented a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Angelo Sardinha notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Machu Picchu's Francesco Toldo. Francesco Toldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bora Serhan made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Artur Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the game, Necmettin Bektaş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Machu Picchu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Fura Balizas the free kick. Necmettin Bektaş hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pascoal Antas in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francesco Toldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the FC Fura Balizas defense, Ramazan Yalkı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evaristo Ovando. The FC Fura Balizas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Ovando should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Machu Picchu getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Resulhan Oğurata hit a great ball. Gazi Tun hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Pascoal Antas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francesco Toldo. Machu Picchu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pascoal Antas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. FC Fura Balizas made a substitution. Filipe Prates replaced António Semedo. Francesco Toldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascoal Antas went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. After 79 minutes of play, FC Fura Balizas's Pascoal Antas made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francesco Toldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Fura Balizas made a substitution. Márcio Cordeiro replaced Pascoal Antas. Francesco Toldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Cordeiro in the 89th minute of play. Francesco Toldo came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Fura Balizas's Márcio Cordeiro. But to his dismay, Márcio Cordeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. Francesco Toldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márcio Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Fura Balizas fully deserved thier win.
