Fabiofs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Pegasas Siauliai the free kick. Giuseppe Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justinas Paliūnas in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mantvydas Bekeris in the 34th minute of play forced Fabiofs's goalkeeper Giuseppe Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiofs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Mantvydas Bekeris scored to the left of an out of position Giuseppe Montenegro, making the score, 1-2. If Kléber Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukas Liaudanskas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Giuseppe Montenegro came out and tried to block the shot, but Lukas Liaudanskas slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 41st minute. Giuseppe Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mantvydas Bekeris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, Marquinhos Toledo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justinas Paliūnas to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabiofs's Marquinhos Toledo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vidas Lapukas. That made the score 2-3 after 52 minutes of play. 58 minutes into the game, Kléber Guimarães cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Vidas Lapukas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marquinhos Toledo was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Marquinhos Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Robertas Ronaldo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giuseppe Montenegro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. José Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vidas Lapukas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Paulo Arce's late challenge caught a FC Pegasas Siauliai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Paulo Arce helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fabiofs's Pedro Paulo Arce got a free kick in the 72nd minute. FC Pegasas Siauliai's Vidas Lapukas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Augusto Recife in the 77th minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 79th minute, but Vidas Lapukas got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving FC Pegasas Siauliai hanging dry this time. With a little luck, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Vidas Lapukas got control of the ball when Kléber Guimarães tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Fabiofs's Zé Augusto Recife ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vidas Lapukas. Vidas Lapukas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. Giuseppe Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justinas Paliūnas in the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Fabiofs's goal looked a bit too open when Robertas Ronaldo came free, but Giuseppe Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Benas Zaleckis got a free kick in the 91st minute. Kléber Guimarães could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Vidas Lapukas made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Adomas Žukauskas put in a rough tackle. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Pegasas Siauliai! The referee gave Fabiofs a penalty, 98 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Geovani de Amorim, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Pegasas Siauliai's Vidas Lapukas. 2-7. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fabiofs eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
