David Johans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curcio Borrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. AC Trollebo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sean McMaster in the 13th minute. The corner led to AC Trollebo's 狄钢明 getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 15th minute, Dag Bäckström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 27th minute, Gilbert á Borg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Johans was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Defensores de Belén's David Johans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Bäckström in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dag Bäckström in the 44th minute of play forced Defensores de Belén's goalkeeper David Johans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Curcio Borrero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. David Johans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 85th minute, Dag Bäckström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of David Johans. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 94th minute, Curcio Borrero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Trollebo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6.
