The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, David Rossi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Hugo Aimar in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christiano Arce, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Christiano Arce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Hugo Aimar in the 11th minute. Christiano Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Hugo Aimar in the 15th minute of play. Victor Hugo Aimar in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christiano Arce, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to SORRISO E. C. getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. David Rossi hit a great ball. Victor Hugo Aimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Christiano Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christiano Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Hugo Aimar in the 29th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SORRISO E. C.'s zone, Victor Hugo Aimar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christiano Arce came out of the goal and Victor Hugo Aimar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Hugo Aimar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christiano Arce having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Hugo Aimar got free with Christiano Arce in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute, Victor Hugo Aimar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christiano Arce. The goal made the score 1-0. Victor Hugo Aimar did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Christiano Arce 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

A sloppy throw-in by Tupac Shakur in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SORRISO E. C.'s Gernando Sampaio. Victor Hugo Aimar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christiano Arce having to make a save. SORRISO E. C.'s Christiano Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Hugo Aimar in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Günalp Boysel hit a great ball. Black Remi made in the 69th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Emil Lepucki. SORRISO E. C.'s Christiano Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Lepucki in the 72nd minute of play. Christiano Arce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Lepucki went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Victor Hugo Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, SORRISO E. C.'s Amadeu de Mendonça got a free kick in the 77th minute. A collision led to ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Edward Smolarek hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Edward Smolarek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by David Rossi in the 84th minute really tested Zygmunt Dziechciowski's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 87th minute, Victor Hugo Aimar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edward Smolarek's late challenge caught a SORRISO E. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edward Smolarek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th match minute, ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Smolarek to maneuver through the defense. Tupac Shakur kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Diguinho Gaúcho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
