Alvi Vuorio's late challenge caught a SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvi Vuorio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Palloketut's Alvi Vuorio got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 15 played minutes Palloketut got a freekick which was hit by Alvi Vuorio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsti Sihvonen in the 17th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Niklas Sauter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Palloketut's Jimi Nyrhinen got control of the ball when Junior Adamu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jimi Nyrhinen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Junior Adamu in the 30th minute. Jimi Nyrhinen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinhard Borkmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The supporters of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. booed when Palloketut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikko Pasoja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimi Nyrhinen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinhard Borkmann in the 36th minute of play. Reinhard Borkmanns short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Jimi Nyrhinen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mikko Pasoja charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mikko Pasoja the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute of the match Yannik Keitel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jimi Nyrhinen skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Reinhard Borkmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Reinhard Borkmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torsti Sihvonen was the one to do the kick off. Reinhard Borkmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimi Nyrhinen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reinhard Borkmann's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Alvi Vuorio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsti Sihvonen in the 57th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Niklas Sauter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimi Nyrhinen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinhard Borkmann in the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. booed when Palloketut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teppo Keskinarkaus didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Junior Adamu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimi Nyrhinen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Junior Adamu in the 84th minute of play. Jimi Nyrhinen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Junior Adamu in the 85th minute of the match. Junior Adamu scored 5-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimi Nyrhinen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimi Nyrhinen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinhard Borkmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palloketut's Jimi Nyrhinen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Adamu in the 96th minute of play. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
