After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Cesar Gau managed to get in a good position for a shot. DESTROY's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Gau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simão Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Haroldo Erruki kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goalkeeper Simão Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesar Gau. After a rather tough play, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s José Paulo Saraiva got a free kick in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s zone, Arda Izmir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simão Cunha came out of the goal and Arda Izmir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of DESTROY booed when ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Paulo Saraiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simão Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. DESTROY were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ for a fine match.
