The supporters of LOI booed when Goral Zywiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antoni Bartoszek didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Goral Zywiec fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Goral Zywiec's Andrzej Puchlik looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half LOI were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sulo Montaña was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Sulo Montaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Krawczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Mehmet Akif Cerme in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Goral Zywiec's Stefan Lewicki. Sulo Montaña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Sulo Montaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. LOI were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Goral Zywiec's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan took the corner. Kerimhan Cevher was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan didn't quite understand what happened when in the 95 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
