The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobaldo Ubarna got free with Lu Zhen Sheng in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, Andrzej Zapolski notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Renacer del Quijano FC's Andres Lastur. Andres Lastur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrzej Zapolski in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Lastur saved El Renacer del Quijano FC from getting behind. If Teobaldo Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng got control of the ball when Teobaldo Ubarna tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute Andrzej Zapolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Renacer del Quijano FC's attentive Lucas Cresconio managed to snatch the ball when Osvaldo Koldo made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Kalin Golubarev got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute Douglas Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Andrzej Zapolski made a precise shot to the right of Andres Lastur. El Renacer del Quijano FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 44th match minute, DREAM TEAM WORLD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Furtado to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrzej Zapolski was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Nunez Maurin in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by DREAM TEAM WORLD's Horea Mihoc. In the 55th minute of the game Mendez Urquizu made a throw-in which Andrzej Zapolski played forward. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Teobaldo Ubarna got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Eustaquio Vermudo was substituted for Nunez Maurin. Andres Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Zapolski in the 66th minute of play. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. André Luís Lessard replaced Andrzej Zapolski. Feliciano Selmo made in the 72nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Teobaldo Ubarna. The supporters of El Renacer del Quijano FC booed when DREAM TEAM WORLD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaggelis Rousses didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Renacer del Quijano FC made a substitution. Nicasio Raymond replaced Teobaldo Ubarna. The DREAM TEAM WORLD fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when DREAM TEAM WORLD's André Luís Lessard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 86 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Raymond came free, but Lu Zhen Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Nicasio Raymond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Luís Lessard might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Lastur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Luís Lessard ran back to his position shaking his head. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Raymond in the 95th minute of play.
