Jonathan Willetts kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. If Charlie Grantham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 20 minutes, Mitchell Godwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clapham Comets F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mitchell Godwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute Sulo Montaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Leguizamón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Ahmet Hamdi Ortan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ariel Leguizamón quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A sloppy throw-in by Habib Durukan in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Clapham Comets F.C.'s Aaron Rambo. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Willetts in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Özbay in the 33rd minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Ariel Leguizamón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LOI's Ahmet Hamdi Ortan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ariel Leguizamón in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. George Buturugã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitchell Godwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Clapham Comets F.C.'s Ulysses Madureira in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Mitchell Godwin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but George Buturugã made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Özbay in the 47th minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Ariel Leguizamón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sulo Montaña in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Leguizamón prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute LOI were awarded a corner. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan went to the cornerflag to take it. Clapham Comets F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Mehmet Akif Cerme scored to the left of an out of position Ariel Leguizamón, making the score, 0-1. If Jonathan Willetts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LOI's Tayyip Taylan was substituted for Hüseyin Cahit Gökdoğan. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Ariel Leguizamón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sulo Montaña in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Fetih Avcu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Marcin Cebula quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 78 played minutes Clapham Comets F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Cebula. Ariel Leguizamón didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kerimhan Cevher went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. LOI's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
