Jimmy Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Copperfield in the 4th minute of the match. Jimmy Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Manuel Cruz in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Otto Copperfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmy Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Linköpings AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Inko came free, but Jimmy Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Abelardo Quintun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Willy Witarya, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Zoltán Újfalussy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bonifacio Senon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoltán Újfalussy in the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Zoltán Újfalussy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Senon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zoltán Újfalussy might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bonifacio Senon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoltán Újfalussy ran back to his position shaking his head. Bonifacio Senon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoltán Újfalussy in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Zoltán Újfalussy notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Azulgranas AFC's Bonifacio Senon. Bonifacio Senon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jimmy Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Copperfield in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Azulgranas AFC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Senon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Linköpings AIK's Jan-Erik Lundqvist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Abelardo Quintun, made in the 46th minute of the game.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zoltán Újfalussy to strike the kick off in the second half. Zoltán Újfalussy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bonifacio Senon having to make a save. Bonifacio Senon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoltán Újfalussy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute, Zoltán Újfalussy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Azulgranas AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Abelardo Quintun hit a great ball. Nils Svensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Linköpings AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Manuel Cruz came free, but Jimmy Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zoltán Újfalussy in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bonifacio Senon saved Azulgranas AFC from getting behind. 68 minutes into the match, Zoltán Újfalussy notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Azulgranas AFC's Bonifacio Senon. Bonifacio Senon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Azulgranas AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Willy Witarya was slow to take the kick. During this time Linköpings AIK's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Azulgranas AFC's goalie and right to Zoltán Újfalussy. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Azulgranas AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Jimmy Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Manuel Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. A hard shot 82 in the game by Radomir Naskrent from a close distance when the talented Jimmy Olsson managed to make a qualified save. Linköpings AIK's players were relieved. The throw-in from Abelardo Quintun in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Linköpings AIK's Jan-Erik Lundqvist. Linköpings AIK's Jimmy Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Manuel Cruz in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Abelardo Quintun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th match minute, Azulgranas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Copperfield to maneuver through the defense. Otto Copperfield could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Jimmy Olsson made a huge save. Bonifacio Senon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoltán Újfalussy in the 95th minute of the match. The supporters of Linköpings AIK booed when Azulgranas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Naskrent didn't get a good kick on the ball. Linköpings AIK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Azulgranas AFC for a fine match.
