Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lei Jian Xiong in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lilko Timov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Szombathely Squirrels's Arnold Szuper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dido Vanev in the 74th minute of play. Lei Jian Xiong scored 2-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lilko Timov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Campidelis in the 86th minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Arnold Szuper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ren Fan Yu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Lei Jian Xiong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lilko Timov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
